_The cutting edge builds, available by adjusting software update preferences, do set the window property that has Spaces let the window open on the active space instead of last._ (:markdownend:)

TextMate 1.x on Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard has a problem with the Find and Find in Project windows.

  1. Open a TextMate window
  2. Open the Find window
  3. Open another TextMate window in a different "Space"
  4. Open the Find window again
    • You should expect to have the Find window open in this new space
  5. The Find window opens on the first space and switches your active space to it
